WINDOWS: Aluminum frame with glazed shutters.

DOORS: Sal wood Frame / Concrete doorframe, main door will be flush door with one side teak finishing, fitted with mortise lock & eye - piece. Others are company made doors.

BATHROOM: Marble / Anti-skid tile flooring glazed tiles up to 5ft. Height from floor level, concealed piping for shower points, wash basin, W.C. With flushing cistern, cold / hot water geyser point for common bathroom. Bathroom will be made of suitable sections.

ELECTRICAL: Concealed wiring network with copper conductors.
