The project is expected to be completed
within 12 months. |

Incase of natural calamities such as(cyclone,rain,earthquake or
acts of
god),or strike the completion of the flat
may be extended from 12 months. |

Possession of the commercial unit/showroom
shall be handed over to the customers after making
full final payment |

In case of withdrawal after issue of money
receipt& allotments letter, amount so deposited
towards booking amount shall be refunded after deduction
of service charges (10%) |

MBOPL reserves the right
to cancel the allotment in case of default payment
or on other reasonable grounds.
Any dispute arising shall be finalized
within Cuttack jurisdiction only. |

N.B:-
Customers intending to purchase individual duplex houses, after the construction has begun, have to
make the payment as per the payment schedule laid
by the company at the time of booking of that respective
individual duplex houses. |
