Regular travel and mixing with diverse cultures gave him the exposure and rich experience, reflecting in a bold and colorful personality. Country's pride, positive attitude and fearless nature achieving him academic and many successes. 

With a single mindness to achieve, full of ambitions and leading their team, they together took steps to realize their dreams. Their philosophy has been constant endeavors, redefining goals whenever it was needed to achieve the best in quality. Not withstanding the huge investments, a part and parcel of this industry, they met targets by putting in right amount of technology and work. When Metro achieved success after success in its housing projects and became a household name, they speared the company towards a new dimension. Thus Metro expanded to form a specialized workforce on Engineering and consultancy.

Mr. Mohd. Alim is the nephew of the Managing Director (Metro Builders) Mr. Mohd. Moquim. A civil engineer from Orissa Engineering College, after completing his education and subsequent internship under the guidance of his uncle has now taken over the reins of the company marketing and promotion. Being part of a joint family it was an obvious decision to join the family business .Hence after acquiring sufficient qualification and technical skills and in recognition of his hard work and efficiency he was given the post of vice president operations and head of marketing in the company. He is now also actively involved in the marketing and promotion of their latest venture The Metro Palms International which is a commercial venture of international standards.
